Description

Well, this is some kind of remake of my first submition here at GFXartist, the Cliff Hanger. I spent more than three months working on this, mostly in the details (damn mouse).

It was originally planned to be in color, but when I was testing some stuff I changed it to grayscale by mistake and I realized this way was more...powerful, so I left it like that :p

Well, that's all, hope you like this, critics and suggestions are welcome, as always!

Corel Painter, PS, Mouse, 3 months or so.

PS: Please see it at large, and the file containing the detail

Good choice.
Greyscale rocks here! I especially like the head.
But why the writing? It's just pointless and distracting.

Bah humbug, there's nothing I can crit here! :p I'm really drawn in by all the details, interesting lighting, and contorted forms. It's great to see such an effective use of b/w in a painting, too!
